You're welcome, but I'm not sure we answered your question, and to be honest I'm not sure what it is. That's probably because of a language barrier. Are you asking what effects there are from moving components around and putting them in folders in an Assembly? If yes, there is none. You can arrange them and move them around as much as you like without hurting anything.
See my screenshot below. You can move anything around as much as you want above "Mates". Below that there may be parent/child relations that will control how much they can be moved. Does this help?

The exceptions are sketches and planes at the assembly level. (and possibly a "driving" part).
If you have 1 part driving another's geometry from the context of the assembly, you are going to want the parent part above the child part (at least that is how I understand it).
Did you create the folder inside your assembly inside Solidworks? (as in this: 2018 SOLIDWORKS Help - Adding Folders and Subfolders )
In this case, the actual order of components in the assembly really doesn't matter much.
Or do you mean that you are creating a folder at the OS level (as Glenn Schroeder has suggested)?
I believe My Drawing or Assembly can't find dependent files. will help with the problem.
