Q1] I have to reproduce the part in 3 other quadrants, with 90 degees between them.
To get an idea of the final look, the top view will look like a cross.
I see the mirror feature does not work for this one, how can I do it please?
(I know the 2D sketch of the square should be bigger, though!)
Q2] I also have to remove the 3Dsketch, but the surfaces depend on that sketch.
Can you tell me how can I remove it?

An then do the circular pattern, however an invalid message popped up.

What you try to do? What is the origin of the model? because I think you use 3D sketch unnecessarily.
Basically, I want to do a surface like the unit in the previous file, covering a square figure.
I initially though about 3D sketing one unit, then reproducing it 3 more times in the pattern you showed in VIA.
That's all I wanted.
So, you think there is an easier way to do it?
Excuse me again, I'm new to Solidworks, I only have previous experience in CAD using AutoCAD features.
If you are new to SWX it is better to follow a course in a college then doing embedded tutorials in SWX is a good start. Going step by step is better.
It is difficult for others to see what your imagination is.
I have seen many YouTube demonstrations in that Design Tree is an assortment of features in your case same feature is repeating eight times continuously. This means your approach is not correct.
Another thing.
I developed the part further and all the elements intersect.
I want to combine them all into one part for stress analysis.
However the combine feature I used does not operate for elements generated from the circular pattern.
Which feature can I use for combining all elements into one part?
