Hole wizard for threaded holes defaults the near and far side countersinks to .050 over the major diameter of the thread.
The company standard is 1/32 over the major diameter and I am constantly changing the diameter. Is there a way to change the default from .050 to 1/32?

Tried what you said and the countersink still defaulted to .050 over major diameter. Also set up a 1/2-13 thread with the 1/32 countersink and saved it as a favorite. Opened new part and modeled part. Used hole wizard to create threaded hole and opened the hole saved as a favorite. Countersink sizes were 1/32 over major diameter and preview looked good. However the thread size was listed as 1-1/8- 16 thread and got an error saying that the c'sink was too small.
Even selecting the 1/2-13 hole first then selecting the favorite it still defaults to the 1-1/8- 16 thread size.
Also when reopening the part to edit the 1/2-13 hole the size changes to 1-1/8-16 thread.
The toolbox is on a server as several people are using it. We have created some custom threads, acme and odd size threads, and want everyone to have access to them. Could that be the problem?

Try:
Open part template.
Model something so you can use hole wizard and put the hole with 1/32 CS.
Delete the part and save the template.
It doesn't work on all commands.
It remember some.
