I am setting up PDMworks and the vault at work and some Non-SW users need to access the drawings we are producing (Production Managers, VP of Production) to get quotes.

Can Viewer allow Non-SW users to access and print SW files or does Contributor only have that capability. They want to use SW Expolorer and add-on PDMworks Contributor or Viewer.

Oh and does each one require an additional licence.
