The Sketch Shortcut toolbar has drop-downs for some of the default options, but when I add options to it by clicking and dragging under Customize > Shortcut Bars, all of the options are single features (no drop-downs to select from a group of features).  Specifically, I want to add Extrude features to the Sketch shortcut menu.  I am only seeing separate options for Extruded Boss, Revolved Boss, Extruded Cut, Revolved Cut, etc., but I want it to show up as two drop-downs (Bosses and Cuts), as it appears in the default Part Shortcuts toolbar.
