I was cleaning up a part when I noticed this item on the right-click menu

When I activate it the icon changes and I can't edit it, but otherwise, I'm not sure what it does.

I checked the online help, but didn't see it mentioned.

This is 2020 SP2.0

Does anyone know what this is and what it's for?
