I'm trying to figure out what I have done incorrectly. I am trying to specify a 1/8 Rc (BSPT).
From the standard, the tappign drill size is 8.5mm
When I use the hole wizard, the deafult setting is for a tappign drill at 7.9mm.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong??

Great question.
I don't know the answer. And, I'll take a stab at it anyway.
Taps are not ground to dead sharp points.
The amount of flat on the O.D. and root of a tap determines the % full thread.
The tap drill size can change the flat on one side.
Maybe, the % of full thread on your chart is different that the standard used in SolidWorks.
75% is typical and I have seen charts with 80% and even 90%.
