i insert a same file 2 times in an assembly, one i place in perpendicular, other in a slanted, is there a way to indicate the slant file in model tree ? so i can easily find the slanted file.

There are all sorts of ways:
1. As Krzysztof Szpakowski suggested, you can add it to a folder:

4. You can add it to a selection set:
5. You can change the color of that one component (the method shown ONLY changes the color of the component in the assembly, and NOT the actual part file):
