Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble hatching this area in Solidworks Drawings (I need to make it look like a mesh). I want it to look like the green hatch below (done in AutoCAD).

When trying to use the hatch region option, I get the error: "selected face is not valid for one pick area hatch. Only planar faces are allowed."

when trying using the Boundary option, I get this error below:

This is the solidworks part file. I'm trying to hatch this thickened body.

Please
