Solidworks has started hesitating a lot lately? Quite often, like every third time I pick a command in Solidworks, Solidworks seems to freeze for 10 or 15 seconds? Sometimes it happens just sitting there when I'm not touching anything. No warning message, no hourglass, Solidworks just sits there? All other programs work fine, I can switch to other programs and work while I'm waiting for SW to start working again. I have been watching Windows Task Manager, Processes and Performance tabs and nothing out of the normal, Nothing hogging resources while SW seems to freeze up? The only add-ons active are Toolbox utilities and library. Any thoughts on what might be the issue here would be greatly appreciated.

Rick, may be a long shot. But, I had lagging issues a while back. Here's the discussion and my solution at the time:
