Solidworks gets progressively slower through the day?

I'm currently working on a large set of instructions (making with drawings and multiple pages) for a large assembly with many parts.  I know this is going to be slower because of the nature of it, but I noticed through the last couple of days of working on it that in the morning it seems to run at a decent pace but by the end of the day it has gotten MUCH slower, where some actions such as changing pages, or editing an exploded view can literally take minutes to load or perform.

Is this due to some kind of memory cache going on that I need to restart SW or my computer, or is it possible that it has something to do with my network here at work?

Thanks,

Max
