I know the Internet is connected (I'm posting this), and my firewall does not report blocking SW Rx or anything else new. What else could be wrong?

Which is also correct. Lenovo should be keeping my drivers up to date, but I did follow the link above to the Nvidia download site and get the latest. Haven't installed it yet...) -- John Willett
