With the sheet metal is it possible to have a drawing and it will flatten it out but some of it will overlap like this one
If that is a one-piece part it can only be made using methods involving deforming the material (stretching and thinning), and that is something that SolidWorks cannot handle. You will have to create a configuration of the part before the R25 portion is created, and use that in the flat pattern. You will also have to introduce fillets at the 30° intersection.
What is the material thickness?
Is the R15 feature created before or after the defrormation? For future questions it would help responders, and save time, if you uploaded the part in question ... but I'm bored out of my mind (easily achieved) and need a distraction to keep me from refilling my glass ... again.
