We are starting to use Fill Patterns more and more. They are a wonderful thing and make life easier.
But I do have a question: Is it possible to set up different configurations of the parameters in a pattern? I'd like to change the hole dia. & spacing within just one pattern. Or do I need to create a bunch of patterns and then Suppress/ Unsuppress them as needed?

Thanks for taking a stab at trying to help me. (Sorry it's taken a while to get back to you. I had to put out a couple of fires). Yes, I tried right-click/ config feature and know how to configure individual dimensions for most features. However, Fill Pattern doesn't show any of it's internal dimensions. When I right click on configure feature, all it gives me is the ability to Suppress/ Unsuppress the pattern and the hole count.
You should be able to click on a feature to show the values in the graphics area (or double-click if you don't have "Instant 3d" turned on), then right-click on them and choose "Configure Dimension" from the drop-down to bring up a simplified design table that will let you assign a value for the dimension or instance number.
