Whats the metheds to delete the little surfaces after the extrusion or create edges that within the boundaries to maybe trim the surface.
You can try trim surface, or split lines with delete surface, or intersect.
Don't all those Audis come with really nice instructions to teach you how to do all of that?
You can trim with sketches, or with intersecting surfaces, or planes. You can trim with spline-on-surface. The problem you have is that your surfaces aren't intersecting anything, and it looks like you're asking to trim just from a 2D view, which isn't going to work out for you in the end.
You've thrown yourself into the deep end, trying to do a surfacing project without really learning surfacing tools first. I think if you learned how all the surface tools work first, you'd be able to do this project. You can make parts of it look like the end product, but there are going to be a lot of things that don't fit because you're approaching it wrong.
I can't help you in that way in a couple of paragraphs. Follow the links in my previous post if you want to get a grip on SW surfacing.
