What features are suppressed?
What version of SolidWorks are you using?
What version of SolidWorks is the destination using?
Are these missing features, by chance, assembly level only features?
Do you know what that last statement means?
I'm using the Solidworks 2019-2020 (Student Version) . Basically, I send it to my own email and open with the same version of Solidworks. Upon opening the file, some features are suppressed.

And yet you didn't attach the file here that illustrates this behavior.
And yet you didn't even include a before and after image that illustrates this behavior.
My wager - assembly level features - just like the real world.
Let's say I am in the real world out on the shop floor.
I have a bin A of parts, thousands - all the same.
I have a bin B of parts, thousands - all the same.
I take a part from Bin A and a Part from Bin B and clamp or weld them together and drill a hole through both.
I take these two parts to the post office and mail these two parts that I have just drilled back to myself.
Q1. How many parts in Bin A now have a hole?
Q2. How many parts in Bin B now have a hole?
I attached the file.
Do you have more than one configuration and the email file went out under a different configuration?
I have only one configuration.
I took your file, unsuppressed all the features, then sent it from one email address to another, opened it in SolidWorks and no suppression of features. Are you getting any messages from your anti-virus software?
no, i didn't get any message from my anti-virus program. It's ok though. All I need to do is just unsuppress the features. It is more of an inconvenience than a problem. Thanks for your response.
Well, you should have taken wager with me.
I have no idea how those features became Suppressed merely by emailing the file.
