What the easiest way to make this go 360 deg?
No, you can try 359.999999.
Or dimension the end of the "gap" to 0.0001.
I cant think of an easy way to 360° it but if your looking for alternatives....
Maybe 90°and pattern? 180° and mirror? Word of advice, load this into a drawing, some processes will cause the automatically generated FlatPattern to fail. If you dont need it for later I think you can suppress it.
if you DO need the FP later leave a wedge out like 350° and fill with a separate feature. that extra feature could be suppressed in the FP so it doesn't fail
360 will be ZTG.

I wonder why SW thinks that? cuz you can mirror just fine and 360° isn't actually ZTG when you think about it
Mirror and combine or multibody is ok.
Mirror and leave a 0 gap is not.
The model is just a placeholder for a purchased part. Don't need a flat pattern from it. Just down and dirty model to show the part in a sales drawing. It's a Lid for a 55 gal drum that lets a pump to be mounted on top. AKA 400# grease.
Sound like the path of least resistance is make 180 deg, Save part. Make asm from two of part. Merge two parts. Save asm as a part file.
Could be. revolve or sweep 180° then mirror. no assembly, or saving as part or anything. feel free to open the attachment I made in the above post
Maybe just use boss revolve?
Maybe "Forming Tool"?
