change size of a part

How do I change the size of a part, without having to edit each dimension? Note that I want the parameters in every sketch etc. to change their values (except angular dimensions). I recall Creo has two options, you can either do a "scale model" operation. This command simply changes the size of your part by scaling up/down non-angular dimensions, and every non-angular parameter in the model changes their values. The other option is you can create a "scale feature" - a feature in the model tree that "scales" your model. This  option means that all dimensions/parameters before that feature remains unchanged, and then the "resize feature" changes your model's size by a factor. What I want to do is the first case, i.e. change all parameters and not have a "scaling feature" in the model tree. Is this possible in Solidworks?
