I saved the entire assembly and detail drawings as a PDF file to export to a customer who doesn't have SolidWorks. Two large components were missing from the assembly view. I should have checked the PDF before sending off but I've never had this issue before.

Has PDF been known to be unstable? Should I have rather saved the drawing to eDrawings instead? Anyone else have this issue? It was a little embarrassing to say the least and I should have double-checked the PDF, but damn....!

I went back to the SolidWorks drawings to see if "stuff" was missing and everything was intact. So I'm a little pissed but also want to know what would cause this.
