I am trying to place an inspection bubble around a geometric tolerance block like you can do with regular dimensions by selecting the button as shown in my inspection dimension attachment.

Does anyone know if this is possible to do with a control frame shown in my control frame attachment?

Currently I am making a block and placing it around the frame. This is not an ideal solution because I cannot tie it to the dimension so that they move together.
