During these challenging many of our staff members are working remotely from home. So far things have been pretty decent but I have has a couple of reports about the Search Tool when remote desk-topping into their machine at work.
- Pull up search tool on laptop at home while across VPN and Search works as expected.
- Remote Desktop in to computer located at work and the Search Tool comes up solid white (blank). So far only one report on this.
- Remote Desktop into virtual machine, start up the search tool and type in one character and the tool locks up. On a different VM it works fine. We are uninstalling PDM and reinstalling to see if that resolves the issue. So far 2 users reported.
We have a mixed bag in that some users are just VPN in and some are RDP in. Again so far only a couple of reports but I am trying to stay before it potentially turns into hundreds...
