It says "Sketch is open, self-intersecting, or intersects the center line"

The sketch is neither open nor self-intersecting. So the only logical conclusion is that it intersects the center line, which it does. But why is that the revolved cut command runs fine in the other sketch when it clearly also INTERSECTS the center line??? What is the difference between the two sketch?
