Is it possible to save a SW drawing which has shaded view as
a dxf or dwg and still maintain the shading?
I am trying to open get view into Adobe Illustrator. Best option that I have found without getting pixelated image when I zoom in, is to save as dxf or dwg. Problem is result lacks the shading/color as was in the SW drawing view.
Any suggestions? End result must be in Adobe Illustrator.
Thanks for suggestions and ideas.

Marketing dept is wanting image of entire assembly. Will then use image, zoom in and make smaller detail images of areas.
Dxf/dwg format has always been used in the past for their import purposes as lines do not pixelate when zooming in. However, all previous uses in this manner where for line drawings only. Marketing would now like the shaded/colors to show if this is possible without them having to add the shaded/colors in Adobe Illustrator.
Thanks, Tim...
I don't know if you use Photoview360 or not, but you can download it as an add-on. Render your drawing in it. You can adjust the settings to make it an extremely large layout (1920x1080) and hi res (in many formats). The art department will love you.
I will install and try this out.
Thanks, Tim...
