I was try to use SOLIDWORKS Routing, and i tried piping feature but after i inserted the flange, the pipe didn't appear along the line sketch ? anybody know to fix this ?
by the way i am using SOLIDWORKS 2020 routing path piping routing : piping and tubing
What elbow did you specify?
Is there enough room for that elbow ?
Is the elbow you specified available in the size and material of the pipe?
One of the angles don't look like it's 90°, do you have an elbow that is the required angle?
Did you select to use Elbow fittings or make a bend and if the latter is the radius you have specified the right size?
In short, if you can do follow the course at your VAR, no matter how knowledgeable they are, or not, it should give you at least some basic understanding of the program.
Too many times I see people using routing because someone thinks it's going to be as easy to pick up as weldements.
Thank you for the suggestion, i already input the pipe and the elbow when i put my first flange. but it always not appear
but in my PC there are 2 SOLIDWORKS version there are 2018 and 2020. my default routing library of course SOLIDWORKS 2020 design library but when i change my design library from 2020 to 2018, the pipe and elbow appears. i dont know excatly what happened
