A co-worker downloaded a hydraulic fitting from one of our vendors and wanted to change the custom properties to match those in our MRP system. However when he opened the CP Dialog box everything was greyed and he is unable to edit any thing. All but the last 4 properties are from our template, the last 4 must have come with the part, but nothing is accessible. From a search on here it didn't seem that locking CPs was possible, but apparently it is. I did go to the next page and enter the properties under the Configuration specific page and made the changes work that way, But is there a better way?
