Single part weldment cut lists (for structural angle, tube, channels,...)

Is there a way to link single part weldment cut lists (for structural angle, tube, channels,...) to the weldment custom files for a single line BOM?  We use structural parts often enough to need a part template but I do not want to delete the top line of an indented BOM.
