3D representation not updating to match sketch? Solidworks 2020

Two users in our office are seeing the same bug in Solidworks 2020.

When right clicking and editing sketches in an existing model or assembly tree, making changes to geometry in a feature sketch 'such as a revolve' the sketch updates and displays correctly but the physical model does not update to show the changes. This problem persists after hitting refresh, re-opening the assembly and even the following day after re-booting the machine.

The change to geometry will update if you right click and 'enter edit feature' as soon as you exit out, rather than 'edit sketch'. It will also update using 'Ctrl+Q' to force a full refresh but a bug is present and could be irritating if forced to full refresh a large assembly or if making iterative small changes to part diameters that may not appear to reflect the new clearance between parts.

The problem appears intermittent and does occur for all changes made. I haven't identified

Note: Both machines have Nvidia Quadro T2000 graphics, settings checked by support and correct drivers.
