Hi all,
Many electrical harness I model does not have connectors at both end. Most of them are connected directly on a PCB or solder on a component. I want to know how can I show the connection pin out on the drawing when the connection component is not in the harness assembly. I try a lot of thing without success.
The best thing I tried is to built a from-to list with the information I need and do a re-import from-to list while editing my routing. The problem is when I edit wire, the wire and the cores appear like not defined.
Is a method exist to have complete linked connection pin out on a drawing without inserting connectors?
Thanks a lot,

To create a route, firstly I create connection point on connectors which is already insert in the assembly. To create a route I simply rigth-click on the connection point and I choose ''start route''. After I add the connection point I need to the route. By doiing this, the wire can be weel defined and have is reference to the part by the connection point.
Thanks a lot
You are correct. The cpoints and rpoints are to be inserted at the part levels. Then when the part is inserted into the assembly, you can create the route from that.
As per your requirement, "The routing is not required any connectors", So we can create a Connection point ( C point) on Plane, then start the route
