High von Mises but low P1, P2 and P3

Hi

I've run a static analysis no two parts mounted together with bolt connectors. I think I'm getting some strange results. Near one of the bolts, I get a high von Mises value but low P1, P2 and P3. It's outside of the bolt head, so it'd be outside the 1-diameter range where errors are likely. Does anyone know how to interpret this result?

P1:

P2:

P3:

Thanks
