I'm having a problem flattening a part in sheetmetal. Please see attached .jpg for the error I'm getting, also I have tried unfolding the part that didn't work either.The folds are unsuppressed.
Any ideas is greatly appreciated.

Yes, It's flattening here with no problem.
I did see a yellow error on one of the bends in the flat pattern before I flattened it, but the yellow disappeared once I flattened. I set it back and forth between flat and formed configurations and it is flattening and folding without any issues.
Well it works here - you can click off "Verification on rebuild...." in your system options, to no get the yellow flag.
Just be sure, then, that it is producable!
I think this is throwing the wrong error. this is interpenetrating. consider fixing these corners.
Also a note and suggestion. One of your edge flanges is not a true 90°. and Consider making all your edge flanges in one operation. Makes for much cleaner transitions and you can control the gap between flanges. Not to mention you dont have to do any clean-up afterwards.

I redid the edges in one go and this did the trick. I had tried this the first time around for whatever I was doing wrong didn't work.All learning I suppose but thank you.
Using the Miter Flange tool might work well in this instance as well. This would allow you to do all the sides in one command.
I've cleaned the corners of the base-flange sketch. You had a couple, what looked like, small chamfered edges. This seems to have solved the error issue. Also, as others have mentioned, you can combine all six bends into one feature, thus simplifying your feature tree. I hope this helps.
