Custom eDrawing stamp problems

I'm trying to use a custom stamp for eDrawings and it is extremely buggy. The images aren't scaled properly and they have extra lines in them.

What's also odd is that I can take an existing stamp, save it as a different name, and it will show the same issues (scaling problem).

This issues occur with .png files. I'd prefer png because the .gif files are lower quality.
