I recommend that you do the Full Copy Install Files Download and temporarily disable UAC and anti-virus during subsequent install.
Your instructor or school IT department can help you with this if you can't figure it out.
From what I have seen over several years, This is one of the most common issues when you install directly from the online installation manager.
It seems that the Install Manager will look at your systems loaded software and sees a file name and does not download or install it - and the error is usually that you have an older version on your system and the Installation Manager doesn't check the version, but when your software tries to load it sees the file is out of date.
Use @J. Mathers suggestion. Then you have ALL the current and needed files.
