I was trying to follow along with the model mania 2020 example and cant implement the last 30 mm fillet. The fillets are around the fillets is around 6:32.I keep getting the "Rebuild Errors: failed to create fillet. Please check the input geometry and radius value." I am pretty new to Solidworks so I apologize if this is an easy fix. I have also attached the file below

The face fillet does not work for me either, I can get it to make the fillet on two of three sides at a time however not all three at the same time. The version of SolidWorks I'm using is SolidWorks 2018 education and attached is my part. In the video attached to the exercise I can see that you're using a 2020 premium version. Could this be a bug associated with older versions of SolidWorks? Could you try and make the part in SolidWorks 2018 or 2019 and see if that works for you?

Face filet does not work. I cannot find out the reason. I get the similar feature in a alternative way.

I do not have SW2018 installed, but do have 2019 and 2020 and I am able to add the 30 mm fillets just fine in both. See attached video.
I do not trust the software 100% because it is man made therefore it is prone to error. If one method does not work I will find out another method.

See the post and video I just did for Maha. I was able to get your model to fillet in SW2019 as well. I am not sure what is wrong on your end.

I got the same error. I solved it by doing extra fillets.
Sometimes it is impossible to make fillets.
Guess it depends on some setting but I don't know where to change it.
Hi Brett, I did not have any trouble adding the 3rd face fillet on your part. There was a couple other areas that may be causing the problem. See attached video
Mark, I have sam problem like the question said, when you try to create third fillet it will definetely give trouble. let us know how you made it third fillet. Thank you in advance.
Hi Hemantkumar, I did not do anything special. I opened the part that Brett posted, and added the face fillet as shown in the video and it looks like Maha was able to create the fillet as well. If you share your part, I can take a look at it.

From the image, it looks like you are making the correct selections. If you share your part file, I can try it in SW2020
Brett, I gotta same problem too! I tried like Andres said, but after applying radius 14mm it will connect both side points on to circle, but defenetly problem to create 30 mm radius on any of the third fillet. first two will make it but third one is big Q?

For anyone interested in these types of modeling exercises, a SOLIDWORKS Live Design was done using this year's part and the previous year's part. It takes a slower approach and some alternate modelling methods.
