I'm a student trying to download Solidworks on my computer. When I try to go to the download page on the Solidworks website I get the following error message:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.solidworks.com/sw/support/downloads.htm" on this server.

I have already entered my serial number and own the student edition of Solidworks.

What I have tried:

-Clearing my browser cache and history

-Using a different browser.

-trying a different internet connection

-trying a different account

-trying different computers on different networks

-Waiting time (about 3 weeks)

I tried getting help from the student support team about a week ago, but after only a few messages back and forth they quit responding...

Any help would be great
