You need a macro. There are approximately 67 billion "save to PDF" macros. "#TASK" seems pretty popular. Do a search and take your pick.
What is the different between using macro and using drop down in the windows.
How did you get those shell options? They don't appear in my setups using SWX 2019 SP2.0.
Now I can understand because PDF software is embedded in my system I do not need separate link.
