No, we pay $5500 each for our licenses plus $1500 per year. $360 is not going to get you a Solidworks license.

One time payment is $5500 to own a licence and yearly subscription is separate $1500/year. Only with a payment $5500 to own a licence you can run your SWX for your lifetime without any further payment but as you do not have yearly subscription you will not have any permission for the updates to be installed.
No you do not get a licence for the software for that much.
