I just moved from 2013 to 2020 and can't figure this out. I want the scrollbars on the right hand side and bottom of the screen to be available. I found the option in System Options/Display. About 2/3rds of the way down it shows the options I want, but they are gray/unavailable. How can I make them available. I had them in 2013 and used them a lot, it's what I've used for 18-20 years. HELP ME PLEASE.
