In this part I need to extend the lower edge down by 4" like how I have it in Tab1.

Everything I do wipes out the bend region for some reason.

I have used the Move Face tool but that creates a different set of problems during detailing.

I am aware that changing the Dim in base flange one might appear easier, but it jacks the part up and there are a TON of external references to this part.

Is there some tool or trick to extend a bend region that I am missing? I wouldn't have to play the broken external reference game so much if this is possible.
