Every time I need to update my Solidworks version, my head threatens to jump off my neck and find a safe place to hide.

I've uninstalled Solidworks 2018, and did a thorough search to remove anything else bearing the name 'solidworks.' Now I'm trying to install a complete student package. I got the SEK and serial number from my university's mechanical engineering secretary, and followed all the steps on the webpage.

Going on, clicking the install button on the next page gives me:

Choosing the 'download and share' option on the first page yields nothing either, eventually giving me this:

Going to the downloads options, I find this:

The first two options are grayed out, and cannot be clicked.

Somebody please help me. I'm at my wits end, and I've read through at least 7 other forum posts, and I have assignments coming up soon that require SW 2019.
