I've been tasked with coming up with an online conference/screen sharing service we can manage for the various meeting we have with clients.
The powers here are very particular about security and don't want anything that can be recorded or is too open to being discovered by third parties. Also, we need to avoid any cross-pollination of clients, so common dial-in PINs and things like that are no good. If we're finishing up a meeting and some guy calls in for the next one, that's not a good thing.
I guess it would be ideal to be able to set up recurring calls, where each call/meeting has a custom PIN in order to join it. Ability to stream video would be ok, but not critical.
What do you guys use?
We use Zoom and it works well, it's the most responsive screen sharing and video conferencing I've used. The owner of the account can use a default link or you can create a unique link/conference ID and password for every meeting. I can create recordings if you want but I'm assuming it can be turned off and it also has end-to-end encryption.
