Sketch Dimensions Annotions Too Big or Too Small

A setting must have got changed on our part template file or on this computer.  But the dimensions on a sketch are to big or too small any ideas on how to get them to scale based on the size of the sketch.

 

Really Bad 30IN X 30IN

 

Any ideas.
