We have a design table to create different sized screws. The part with the DT is checked into PDM. We've had a situation where another user checked out the file to add additional configurations with the DT. However, when they close out of of the Excel file, the new config is not created. When reopening the DT, you see the new config line in the table while it's loading, then it disappears when it finally loads.
Does anyone know what might cause this? I had 2 people try it and the same happened to both of them. On my machine, while either logged in as myself or as Admin, I had no problems adding the configs. All three of us have the same PDM permissions. I don't know why their changes are saving. We're using SW 2017 and PDM Professional 2017.
