I have a SOLIDWORKS premium Term License, customer portal is registering the serial, but not working after that. VAR (solidline) is not answering.
After contacting through solidworks supportMy VAR answered, gave my the keys and activated the customer portal manually!
So now everything works and I already launched my visualize.
Try logout and login.
The site usually don't update properly.

Did you get the verification email after you created account and click on the verification link?
What do you need? The installation manager to download?
You can also try calling SOLIDWORKS Customer Center at 800-693-9000
yes,years ago.I've read today, Solidworks Visualize comes with SW Premium license and I get the key in the portal.
Probably I'll do that tomorrow (btw the phone you gave is for US, I'm in Germany)

Customer Center there should be able to get you your serial number as well if your reseller is unavailable.
As to your account - I see this occasionally as a VAR. I would clear cookies (or try a different internet browser) and run through the 'Register My Products' wizard again. When you go through that process, always select the most current version, despite which verison you intend to install. For some reason it doesn't unlock accounts anymore if you pick an older version.
