Items aren't disappearing when section view is applied

See attachments to see what I mean. 'Section 1' is the preview. In 'Section2', everything was cut out of the view except the side panel. This happens on both sides, so I initially thought it was a part problem, but that part doesn't have any voodoo applied to it. I made it like any other part. It's just a flat rectangular sheet. The holes are applied at the assembly level, but those holes go through multiple parts... none of which are still showing like the sheet. This has happened to other parts periodically and never happened again, but this part, in this assembly, doesn't want to work.
