Render Device and Offline Render options missing in Visualize 2020

I recently upgraded SolidWorks from 2019 to 2020.


However, Visualize now seems to be running much slower than before and several options are missing:

  1. The Output Tools window is missing the “Render Device” section entirely which is where I would usually select the Hybrid mode (see screenshot below)
  2. When I click Start Render, Visualize no longer asks me if I want to close the application and run as an offline render for faster performance


Any ideas out there on how I get these options back?

What I've already checked:

My first thought was a graphics driver incompatibility, so I updated to the SW certified driver with no effect. Same with the latest release driver.

The SW Visualize Help for version 2020 “Render Tab” page shows that these options should still be available in Visualize Standard.
