I'm unable to flatten this entire sheet metal. I cannot seem to fix this issue? Attached is the part. This is the fattened configuration and there are four bent features that cannot flattened. I need to flatten these as well but I cannot. Please help me fix this.

I tried the sheet metal tab and it still didn't flattened.
I was able t flatten your part without waking any mods. You simply had a couple of the bends suppressed under your flat-pattern.
I couldn't open your file because I only have the Solidworks 2017. Which bend features are suppressed?
At the bottom of your feature tree, under flat-pattern, EdgeBend17, EdgeBend29, EdgeBend31 & EdgeBend32 are suppressed.
I don't have those listed.
Click Flatten and expand the tree:

Now Flatten works.

I think the method is vulnerable, You can do this in one part.
I think the method in the video is a bit more practical.

When you can't figure out where, roll back and test.
Before this extrude, I added an unfold and it worked.
Adding an unfold after the extrude, and the unfold can't:
The extrude is the problem child, which isn't too surprising since it's a non-sheet metal tool in the middle of a sheet metal part.
Look into a tab instead or better yet, create this entire side as one flange, unfold both long bends, extrude cut the rectangular opening and refold it.
