Minimum 4 views are needed to know the exact profile of the part as like 1st or 3rd angle projection.

Can you explain how you produced these I can't depict the sketches on the features manager to the actual sketches in the workspace?
Originally I was thinking along the lines of how Paul did this (above)---I use surfacing all the time and naturally gravitate that direction.
Then I considered what Krzysztof did above and that's very simple in solids, exactly as he said. Attached is a v2017 file, zipped.

Has a belt clip but I don't think so. And if it's true, then you won't use it for "internal" measurements.

Yeah, that reminds me of the older-style Stanley FatMax grips on their tape measures, hence the name of my SW file posted above. I've done lots of hand tool designs over plenty of years.
