I tried to replicate work in this video. Big hole get distorted in my file. How to fix it?

I wish I could be more help, but I can't believe that's intended behavior from the software. I think it's just some type of glitch. The only way I know of to fix it would be with a separate feature. If no one else replies with a better fix it might be a good idea to send it to your VAR to turn in as a bug.
Edit Sketch3 and change the line used for the direction to Construction
Edit Cut-Extrude1 and delete Sketch3-Region<1> in the Selected Contours box
Click the green tick
I have no idea why that worked though.

Just delete the region and select again work.
SW pick up the shape above the first hole for some reason.
When the hole is big enough to intercept that shape, the holes look funny.
id had changed it from a blind cut to a thru cut, or maybe it needed to be blind both ways. I never get models so i always take a guess as to why anyone is having a problem.
