My goal is to use artwork to create a cut extrude on a part. I want to change the size of this artwork in each configuration. My initial instinct was to configure the sketch block scale and be done with it. It can't be done as far as I can tell. The sketch block scale field will not accept equation or variable.

As a workaround I have contrived this elaborate workflow shown in the attached assembly. The downsides to this method are I have to create a cut application assembly with X# configs, a cavity tool part with X# configs, and my desired part with X# configs. This does not please me. Is there a better way?
