I need to do a revolve that starts from Sketch 1 (0deg) to Sketch 2 (90deg) to Sketch 1 (180deg). So pretty much a lofted boss/base but I need it to be uniform at every angle.

It looks like sketch 1 and 3 are identical. If that's the case then I'd recommend:
I presume the profiles are different, that's why you can't use revolve. Can you post what you have tried so far? That will help decide what feature to use.
I want it to be more "circular"
Are all three sketches identical? If yes, you likely just need one sketch for the profile, and then a second sketch for a path, and you could create the body with a Sweep. If the profiles aren't identical then a Loft will probably be best.
That's about the best I can do with the information provided. If this doesn't help you may need to post the file here. See How can I attach a file to a forum post? if you aren't familiar with the process.
Thanks this really help. I decided to keep sketch 3 but I added more guides.
The mirror function is your friend.
Yes and No... I tried doing the mirror but it shows a split where the mirror is instead of a smooth surface. Maybe I didn't check, Merge Result..Thanks for the help anyways

Sometimes the "Merge Result" button doesn't work. If that's the case you can always use the "Combine" feature.
If the "Merge result" button does not work and there is a dividing line, it may mean that the surfaces are not tangential. It is difficult to model "Loft" as symmetrical.
First rotate 1 Shape 180 deg. And next make loft. Use edges from first body as guide curves
I attach file. You can check.
I don't see that anyone has mentioned this - but your Sketch1 is not fully defined - appears to be missing some Tangents.
If you have a cylindrical hole in the center - I would save that for a separate feature.
Once you fix Sketch1 (and Sketch47) - I think I can demonstrate a much better technique overall.
Thanks for the info. I tried to fully define it and I will remove the hole later. The issue I am having is that the loft wasn't circularly uniform so I needed to add more guides connection with corner
Now you case. In manager (Loft) You must change Start/End constraints for "Normal to profile" and adjust "lengt".
added some guide curves and a centerline. how's this?
Yes this is what I am aiming for. Give it a more circular look to it like a revolve would. I am fixing mine and just adding a bunch of guides
